- If you love privacy, this property is for you. It is located on a 100-acre eco tourist retreat with cacao, kava, coconut, papaya, palm and many other exotic trees.
- While we have a diesel generator, the property has one of the largest solar systems on the island and very rarely do we have to resort to a carbon emitting fuel source.
- All bedrooms and living area are air-conditioned.
- The property has three separate bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. All have a beautiful view over the estate and Pacific Ocean.
- A master bedroom with a king bed (optional child bed) and ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower. – Total 3 Guests.
- Junior suite 1: Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom (optional pull out bed). – Total 3 Guests.
- Junior suite 2: Twin bed bedroom (that can be turned into a king) with ensuite bathroom (optional pull out bed) – Total 3 Guests.
- The open kitchen is within the common living area both have a beautiful ocean view.
- The living room opens out to beautiful outdoor deck.
- The house deck faces west and overlooks the ocean ( 1000 ft2 or 93 m2).
- Two unique dining locations; one inside the house and one on the outdoor deck.
- Your own completetly private mirror edged pool and summer kitchen (40ft x 16 ft / 12.2m x 4.88m).
- Access to the ocean with a black sand beach at the bottom of the property (a short drive away).

Food & Dining
- Your included breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are prepped in our off-site commercial kitchen and prepared by your chef right in front of your eyes. Also included are non-alcoholic beverages such as water, juices and soft drinks.
- Breakfast and lunch will be served in a buffet style when 4 or more guests, sit down is available with fewer guests.
- Dinner will be a sit-down service dinner.
- All our ingredients are locally grown and sourced bio ingredients, most coming from our own farm in the highlands of Taveuni. All our seafood is locally and sustainably caught. Our beef is sourced on the island, were the cattle is all grass fed and finished. Other ingredients like lamb and green mussels are imported and flown in from New Zealand.
- We will accommodate all your food allergies.
- Alcoholic beverages can be purchased for you from our extensive list prior to your arrival.
Service
- Your staff will consist of a professionally trained chef and service personnel/housekeeper. There will always be someone available on the premises from before breakfast to after dinner service.
- Return pickup service from Matei airport.

- Not that you need it, but a night security guard can be hired (extra charge).

Transportation
- You probably won’t need a vehicle as we will pick you up and return you to the airport. All outings done through us will include a private air-conditioned car and chauffeur/tour guide.
- If you are licensed to drive on the left side of the road we can arrange for a local car rental for US$100 a day. Don’t expect air conditioning or a nice vehicle.
- We do not have motorcycle or bicycle rental companies available on the island.

Scuba Diving

Hiking
Take a trip to the Bouma National Heritage Park. This important nature reserve in the northeast of the island offers a beautiful rainforest where you can walk to the three incredible waterfalls of Bouma Falls.
Coastal Fishing
Depending on the time of year and your preference Wahoo, Mahi-mahi, and Yellow Fin Tuna. Reef fisherman can cast for Giant Trevally, Blue Fin Trevally, Barracuda, Walu, Dogtooth Tuna and more.

Rainbow Reef Snorkeling
The Rainbow reef is the soft coral capital of the world. We can organize a first class snorkeling excursion to the reef which is a short 20 min boat ride from the shore. Its a must see experience.
Lavena coastal walk
Your walk begins on a white sandy beach with rock pools. You ford rivers, cross a suspension bridge, marvel at the rushing waterfalls and pass Naba village, still inhabited by descendants of “blackbirded” Solomon Islanders.
Wairiki Mission Church
Just a few kilometers away is the picturesque Catholic mission—a large stone church with stained glass and acclaimed sculptures making it the most architecturally interesting building on the island.
Horse Riding
Ride in the Fijian wilderness with panoramic ocean and tropical forest scenery. For adventurers the Volcano Cave Ride is a must, this ride includes a 20 minute bush walk to a small hidden cave created during the eruption of an ancient volcano.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve the villa. A 5-day villa hold will be extended if you pay by check or wire. As soon as we receive your deposit your space will be reserved
Full Payment
The balance of payment must be received 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
- Your deposit is non refundable.
- If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival you will be charged 100% of your payment.
- We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance coverage for all visitors to Raiwasa to cover cancellation penalties levied as a result of inclement weather, airline or other transportation delays, other unforeseen disruptions, cancellations or delays or in the event of illness.
- No refund will be provided for no shows.
- Refunds are subject to bank fee/credit card fee adjustments.
