Taveuni Beach Villa

• If you love being right on the ocean and a pool is not that important to you than this property is for you.  It is located a few steps from the beach and ocean with a glorious view over the pacific and small islands off the coast.
• While we have a diesel generator, the property does have a solar system and so we will do our best to ensure a green stay for you and your guests.
• This property has ceiling fans but is not air conditioned, but its proximity to the ocean will ensure you enjoy a beautiful ocean breeze through the large doors and windows which are all louvered.
• The property has three separate bed rooms and two full bathrooms.
  • A master bedroom with a queen bed. Shares bathroom with another bedroom – Total 2 Guests (ocean view).
  • Junior suite 1: One queen bed and one twin bed. Shares the bathroom with the master.  – Total 3 Guests.
  • Junior suite 2: One queen bed and one twin bed. Bathroom is not ensuite but right next door. – Total 3 Guests.
• The kitchen is dated but has a beautiful view over the ocean.
• The living room opens out to covered deck and view over the ocean.
• The dining room is located within the living room.
• Access to the ocean through a few steps.  Note that the beach disappears during high tide.
• Free Wi-Fi.

• Your included breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are prepped in our off-site commercial kitchen and prepared by your chef right in front of your eyes. Also included are non-alcoholic beverages such as water, juices and soft drinks.
• Breakfast and lunch will be served in a buffet style when you are 4 or more guests, sit-down service is available when you are fewer guests.
• Dinner will be a sit-down service dinner.
• All our ingredients are locally grown and bio sourced ingredients, most coming from our own farm in the highlands of Taveuni.  All our seafood is locally and sustainably caught.  Our beef is sourced on the island, were the cattle is all grass fed and finished.  Other ingredients like lamb and green mussels are imported and flown in from New Zealand.
• We will accommodate all your food allergies.
• Alcoholic beverages can be purchased for you from our extensive list prior to your arrival.

• Your staff will consist of a professionally trained chef and service personnel/housekeeper.  There will always be someone available on the premises from before breakfast to after dinner service.
• Return pickup service from Matei airport.
• Daily housekeeping.
• Nightly turn down service.
• Pure Fiji toiletries.
• Laundry services (extra charge).
• Nanny services (extra charge).
• Not that you need it, but a night security guard can be hired (extra charge).
• Massages and skin care treatments can be scheduled (extra charge).
• Outings around the island can be scheduled (extra charge).
• Water activities like scuba diving, snorkeling the rainbow reef, coastal fishing can be scheduled (extra charge).

• You probably won’t need a vehicle as we will pick you up and return you to the airport.  All outings done through us will include a private air-conditioned car and chauffeur/tour guide.
• If you are licensed to drive on the left side of the road we can arrange for a local car rental for US$100 a day. Don’t expect air conditioning or a nice vehicle.
• We do not have motorcycle or bicycle rental companies available on the island, but you are within walking distance of a few local stores.

Please note that the images of this property where taken a while back.    The property is still very nice and clean and while the location, food and service are excellent the property is worn down a little and has seen better days.
