- The property has two separate rooms, both have king beds with open ceiling design and a full bathroom. Once has a view on the ocean while the other on the garden.
- The Master Ocean view suite/bathroom is air-conditioned and has an ocean view.

- Each Suite has a luxurious outdoor honeymoon Bath (270 ft2 or 25m2).

Transportation Raiwasa Private resort includes your own private chauffeur and our brand new air conditioned, 4 wheel drive which seats 4 guests and is used to take you to your island tour excursions.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve the villa. A 5-day villa hold will be extended if you pay by check or wire. As soon as we receive your deposit your space will be reserved
Full Payment
The balance of payment must be received 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
- Your deposit is non refundable.
- If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival you will be charged 100% of your payment.
- We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance coverage for all visitors to Raiwasa to cover cancellation penalties levied as a result of inclement weather, airline or other transportation delays, other unforeseen disruptions, cancellations or delays or in the event of illness.
- No refund will be provided for no shows.
- Refunds are subject to bank fee/credit card fee adjustments.
