Truly, Raiwasa’s stunning setting along Taveuni’s beautiful coastline is unbeatable. Our property sits on a cliff top, offering incredible 180º views over the Somosomo Strait and the legendary coral reefs of Fiji. You can relax on our wide, outdoor veranda or spend an afternoon floating in the infinity pool. And while the view steals the show in photography and during sunset, the lush jungle that surrounds our three-acre property is also a highlight.

Our Local Hosts

Owners Patrick and Erika have put their heart and soul into creating Raiwasa Private Resort. It’s truly been a project of passion. However, a vast amount of credit is due to Raiwasa’s local hosts – Richie and Rosie. Richie and Rosie are responsible for the tantalizing culinary adventures enjoyed at Raiwasa and leading a talented staff of 10.

Richie and Rosie have over 20 years experience training in Fiji’s best restaurants and hotels. However, it isn’t just training and past experience that creates the environment at Raiwasa, it’s something more. Their ability to offer discreet, mindful service and ensure their team does the same. The focus is on luxurious, flawless hospitality that goes above and beyond a five-star experience.

Our staff of 10 appears the minute you need something as if reading your mind, yet incredibly, is never invasive or obtrusive of your time at Raiwasa. It’s an approach and talent that cannot purely be taught but intuitively understood.
